glory. Moreover, I am delighted to be able to run my business in Hornsey Town Hall at present. It is such a beautiful and atmospheric building, even in it’s state of slight disrepair. My clients love it’s history and the stories of the films made which creates a great buzz!

The magnificent Theatre with the sprung dance floor will still be available for the community’s use and the developers are offering many other communal community spaces in the building. The grounds will be updated and offer a green space for the children. The massive marble staircase and deco iron work is a sight to behold , here’s hoping I will be able to continue an association with the Town Hall after its re-generation..”

This weekend Crouch End artists @ceopenstudios are opening up their homes and studios to the public. There’s a huge amount of talent in our area and this is a great opportunity to see a diverse range of works across a range of media. As @damel_theartist explains in Zoe Bee’s Village Raw feature: “Art is something we share, and working in a group takes things to a different level.” You can check out the group show @hthartscentre @plygallery from Friday through to Sunday - where you can also pick up a printed map and guide to the trail (also check local coffee shops). The studios, homes and other venues are open Saturday and Sunday 12 to 6pm. You can find details on the website - check @ceopenstudios for details. We’re proud to sponsor this event and really recommend taking the opportunity to visit the artists and see their work. .
